In addition, we will record any preferences relevant to your search (e.g. property to possess garden, outdoor space, lift and other criteria), Financial and credit card information (for example for payment of letting fees).
ii. Our Websites Sites and servers may collect information from you when you access our Sites including your IP address and the pages you visited and content you viewed while on our Sites. The Information collected cannot typically be used to identify you personally. However, if you have registered on the Sites, it may be possible for us to link certain information to information that identifies you personally. Information collected through our Sites includes information sent to us automatically by your web browser, the address of the web page you were visiting when you accessed our Sites, information about your operating system, the browser you are using, the date and time of your visit, and online traffic patterns and content accessed throughout our Sites.

Information that is collected though other sources such as RE/MAX Regional office, Other RE/MAX Offices, RE/MAX Associates, Business Partners, contractors, suppliers, referencing companies, advertising channels, analytics companies, search engine information and any advertising that is carried out.
How will the information collected be used:
We are a service Organisation and work upon the instructions of Vendors, Landlords, Rental & Sales Applicants. Whichever category you belong to will depend on what type of information is collected and how this is used. Your personal information will be used to effectively undertake your instructions, provide a service that you have requested and to carry out our obligations arising from a contract that we have with you. This would also be the case even where you are renting or buying from us and there is no contract in place. In addition, we are also compelled to ensure that all obligations pertaining to UK and EU law are met.

-passing on your details to prospective landlords (if you rent), vendors (if you wish to buy), tenants (if you wish to let) and purchasing applicants (if you wish to sell).

-Ensuring that you are pre-qualified and referencing.
-To enable us to carry out checks on Anti Money Laundering,
-To enable us to carry out checks on your Right to Reference.
-To enable us to carry out checks on your right to sell or let your property.
-To enable us to ensure works are carried out with contractors and suppliers.
-To enable us to prepare Tenancy Agreements, Memorandum of Sales, Registering a Deposit, Enabling Utility Bills accounts to be changed.
-For us to complete Accounting Tasks: including Fees, commissions, Invoices, Rent Collection, Chasing overdue Payments to suppliers and contactors as well as completing our own book keeping services for the production of accounts and chasing of overdue invoices and fees.
-For us to complete Marketing Services: including taking into account your preferences in order to improve our systems, websites, products and services, to enable us to improve our product and service to you, to assist with our sales, marketing, advertising and promotion.
-For us to complete Administration Tasks including keeping records up to date, helps us to improve our products and services, providing you with information requested or other support services.
In terms of the information collected via our websites, this is used to ensure that all parts of our sites function and for administration functions (including trouble shooting, collecting analysis for research and statistical purposes) and to make improvements to our sites by ensuring that content is presented in the most effective manner.

-Contractors and Suppliers in order to complete our obligations to you.
-Technical Suppliers and contractors: This will include email delivery systems companies, Customer Relationship Management Software, Content Management Systems, Hosting services, Social Media Channels, Blogging Channels, Newsletter Deliverability, Search Engine Online Advertisers (including AdWords), Analytics companies, Website Design Companies.
-Obligations: We may, without your consent, access and disclose your Personal Information, any communications sent or received by you, and any other information that we may have about you as may be permitted or as we believe in good faith may be reasonably necessary to comply with any law, regulation, rule or court order or other lawful requests from governmental, regulatory or administrative agencies or law enforcement authorities (including in response to law enforcement or national security requirements); to respond to any claims, investigate, identify persons or organisations potentially involved in, or take any action regarding suspected fraud, violations of our Terms of Service, or activity that appears to us to be illegal or we believe may expose us to legal liability.

Certain information regarding your ownership, Anti money laundering checks and Right to Rent Checks are stored within the office with access only provided to Administration Staff. The Systems adopted are password protected.
